What is Vedanta Fashion Hub Return Policy?
Our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:
-: Important Note :-
Customer should Deliver a courier to us within 7 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the Return parcel.
( We should get a courier within 7 days of delivery.)
डिलीवरी के ७ (सात) दिन के अंदर हमे कूरियर मिल जाना चाहीये, ७ (सात) दिनों के बाद हम कूरियर स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।
-: How to Return the Product ? :-
* If Customer wants to Return Respected Product, " Customer has to Handle Return courier process by Customer him/her Self through ANY LOCAL COURIER COMPANY"
( Send Return Parcel to us on our Address by Customer him/her self ) & Return Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer. ( Shipping Courier Charge Will Not Refund On Refund Product Amount.)
Keep in mind that you must send the slip and product bag of the product with the return parcel, if you do not send the slip and product bag, we will not be able to help you.
ध्यान दें:- ध्यान रखे की रिटर्न पार्सल के साथ प्रोडक्ट की स्लिप और उत्पाद बैग जरुर भेजे,अगर आप स्लिप और उत्पाद बैग नहीं भेजते है, तो हम आपकी कोई भी सहायता नहीं कर सकेंगे.
[ Note:-Products purchased during on Sale will be not eligible for returns or refunds. ]

-: We REFUND Regarding only Damaged/Defective/Broken Product :-
* When we received Customer Return Courier, will transfer respected Amount within 3-4 Business Days to Customer`s Bank Account through NEFT.
(Write your Bank Account Num. & IFSC code on Paper & Keep that paper Inside the Return Parcel Package. & From here While Processing for Refund ,INR 170 /- per piece will deduct from the Product Amount by the system as Refund Handling & Processing Charge. )
NOTE
- Bridal Lehenga Will Be Not Returnable As Per Our Policy.
- Bollywood Or Replica Product Are Non-Returnable As Per Our Policy.
- Sale Products Are Not Returnable.
If You Have Any Query Regarding Your Order Kindly Call Us Or Drop Message On Our Whatsapp Number And Also Mail Us We Will Better Assist From There.
Stitched Product Are Not Returnable Like Stitched Kurtis, Tops, Western Wear And Gown As Per Our Policy.
If You Have Received Any Type Of Damage In Transportation Of Manufacturing Also Wrong Product Dispatched From Our Side Then We Will Return As Per Our Policy Or Also If Falling As Per Our Policy Then Only.
